Return & Refund Policy

This policy is aligned with our Print-on-Demand sticker production partners.

Thank you for shopping at **Coquina Harvest**. Because all sticker and decal products are custom made-to-order, we are limited in our ability to accept returns or issue refunds.

IMPORTANT: We DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong sticker size or finish
  • Change of mind / buyer’s remorse
  • Customer-provided incorrect addresses
  • Minor variations in color due to screen differences

We only accept claims for items that arrive **damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect**.

Claim Window & Reporting Issues

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective stickers must be submitted within **30 days** after the product is received.

To submit a claim, email us at prime@coquinaharvest.store with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video showing the defect

Return Process

In most cases, defective items do **not** need to be returned. If a return is required, we will provide:

  • A prepaid return shipping label
  • A proper return address from our production partner
Do NOT send items back without approval.
Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Refunds & Replacements

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you may choose a **replacement item** or a **full refund** to your original payment method.

Refunds typically process within **5–10 business days**.

Exceptions (Not Covered)

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Sticker size or finish chosen incorrectly
  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery
  • Products affected by improper surface application
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Final sale items or discounted promotional items

SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS

**Current Restriction:** We are currently focused on shipping to the **United States** and **Canada** only. As a small, print-on-demand operation, we plan to **expand to international shipping** to other countries as we see sufficient interest and demand for our products. Your enthusiasm helps us decide where to launch next!

Free Shipping (United States & Canada)

We are pleased to offer **Free Shipping** on all sticker orders to the United States and Canada.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within **1–3 business days** as they are custom made-to-order by our fulfillment partners.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

  • **2–5 business days** (average)
  • **Up to 7 business days** during high volume or holidays

**Tracking numbers** are provided for every order upon shipment.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED OR LOST?

If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you promptly and provide updated delivery information. For packages confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
